Transit Time : 5-8 business days (Monday to Saturday).

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

You may exchange or cancel your order and address details within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact  support@proexamples.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER or CANCEL MY ORDER and make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm your changes have been made.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM? WHAT DO I DO?

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and contact us or email the photo to our Customer Care team support@proexamples.com along with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. You must contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery. If you report a damaged item past 30 days of delivery a refund cannot be issued.
